The Dragon's Rest Quest Membership

All images, files, logos, and documents on www.dragons.rest and downloaded from The Dragon's Rest are owned exclusively by The Dragon's Rest. The Adventurer Non-Commercial grants permission to print files and use documents solely for non-commercial use. Selling, sharing, or distributing any digital files is strictly prohibited. Files may be modified for personal use only; creating derivative works for commercial purposes is not permitted. Selling printed items is prohibited.

The Merchant - Commercial Membership upgrades a personal licenses for The Dragon's Rest files to a commercial license, authorising a single entity to 3D print and sell products from one location. Mass production or casting is strictly prohibited.

All product listings must attribute designs to www.dragons.rest.

Upon membership termination, the commercial license reverts to a personal license, and all sales of relevant products must cease immediately. This license encompasses All PRODUCTS Purchased from The Dragon's Rest, unless otherwise specified. The Dragon's Rest reserves the right to monitor compliance and may terminate the license at its discretion, providing a refund of the corresponding month's membership fee as compensation.

1. Subscription Overview
By subscribing to The Dragon's Rest Quest Membership, you agree to be billed at the selected frequency (e.g., monthly, yearly). Payments will be automatically charged to your chosen payment method.

2. Billing and Payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize The Dragon's Rest to charge the payment method on file. If a payment fails, we may retry or contact you to update your payment method.

3. Managing Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal provided in the My Account section. Cancellations take effect after the current billing cycle ends unless otherwise stated (you retain access for the paid for period).

4. Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of digital goods refunds for subscription payments are not offered unless required by law.

5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. You will be notified of changes via email or the customer portal.
