The Modular Board is in Scriptorium - in full colour (and black and white) :)
The whole Modular Board is now in Scriptorium. Every floor tile has the new flat tops, the walls are done, and everything's coloured.
I've split it up by room, so you can grab just the bit you need. There's also a complete layout version so you can see how it all goes together. The Build Guide exports now include inventories and breakdowns too, so you know exactly what to print.
You'll find it in Scriptorium under Builds → Quest Board - Modular → Layouts.
If you've got a multi-colour printer, the pieces now come off the plate looking like a dungeon. If you print in one colour (most of you, I think), it's a paint guide. You can see exactly where the stone stops and the wood starts before you pick up a brush.
Scriptorium has had a lot of love from the coding goblins too:
- a big round of bug fixes
- smaller files and over 50% faster loading. It feels like a different piece of software
- a new recolouring workflow
- new fancy turntable exports - great for Merchants wanting to show off previews of custom builds!
- Sketch shaders for the classic pen and ink look
- Orthographic and Isometric views - great for creating dungeon handouts!
You can also save Scriptorium as an app now. You'll get a prompt the first time you open it. Once it's saved it updates itself and works offline, so no more checking you're on the latest version.
Selfishly, the board was also my stress test. It's the biggest build I've put through Scriptorium, and it held up :)
